"Tomography" is a collection of music I wrote while living in Seattle during the start of the 2020 quarantine. I decided to explore what kind of music I wanted to write… rather than music I felt I "should" write. During my exploration, I stumbled upon Paweł Czerwiński's amazing artwork and was inspired by its dark, yet colorful, ink-spilled movement. This is the first album I've written that is solely for me and not tied to any other project.

Tomography is the process of taking an image with penetrating waves. This method is used in CT scans which is echoed in the album cover. I like the idea of exploring with waves and, in the case of this album, looking into my time in quarantine (so far) using sound waves.

Cliffside Lyrics

Cliff by the sea,
just you and me,
If I should die,
please say goodbye.

I can’t see,
bruised and bloody,
If I could fall away,
leave all that anchors me.

If I could find
the piece of my mind
undermining me.

If I could throw it
far over the
cliffside, I’d be fine.

Overthink it and you’ll sink it,
Breathe in slowly lungs filled wholly.
